How are your products shipped?
Our products are packaged and shipped in a box to ensure safe delivery. We ship all over the world via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on location. Please use the calculated shipping application at checkout to see how much shipping will cost for you. Prices vary depending on how far the package is going! Any other questions? I'm shipping to an international address. Is there anything I should know before I purchase?
International customs may charge you a customs or duty fee, in which we have no control over. We have no way of foreseeing how much the cost might be as our shipping rates only cover shipping to your country. Flynn & King does not cover the customs or duty fees as that will be your responsibility to pay once the package arrives in your country. We advise you contact your local post office to see how much this rate may be (if any) before purchasing.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We're positive you'll be pleased with your product, but if you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us at orders@flynnandking.com with your order number and questions or concerns so that we may rectify the problem, whether it be a return, exchange, or shop credit. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please check all ingredients before purchasing. We are not responsible for allergic reactions and are transparent with our ingredients to make it easy to do your research first. For any returns or exchanges, the customer is required to pay shipping. We strive to provide you with the best products and best customer service possible. When you're happy, we're happy!
Please understand that all our products are made in small batches, completely by hand, so there will be slight variations from product to product. For instance shape, size, color, scent, etc. can be different each time. Like a fingerprint, each product is unique in it's own way.
